The Architectural Coordinator's primary role is to compile relevant data from construction drawings for conversion into drawings for production of doors * Gather specific data from architectural/c The Architectural Coordinator's primary role is to compile relevant data from construction drawings for conversion into drawings for production of doors Gather specific data from architectural/construction drawings and through liaising with relevant parties Prepare production drawings with detailing based on requirements of various stakeholders Coordinate with production department on clarification of technical issues Perform inspection of existing machinery to analyze efficiency of their utilization Calculate and generate bill of materials required, interpret fabrication costs and project completion timeline Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings. Supervise the progress of architectural works on site and ensure works are on schedule. Value Add of Position Able to visualize ideas in three-dimensional form A keen interest in building technology Artistic talent in free hand drawing Qualifications and Education Requirements Education: Formal training in AUTOCAD 2D/3D (CADD) Minimum Diploma in Arcitect or equivalent Minimum 6-8 years proven experience with Joinery, Carpentry or ID contractors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Independent and detailed oriented Technical competencies Knowledge of other computer-aided software, e.g., Solidworks 3D, ZW3D (Architectural)
