Job Description

$9500 + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: CBD
Responsibilities

• Research, program, plan, and design, administers projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
• Produces conceptual plans and presentation packages.
• Ability to produces design in Sketch-up 3D will be an advantage and coordinate production of final renderings.
• Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Utilizes AutoCAD to prepare project designs for plans, elevations and sections.
• Supervise, review, and check the production of construction documents in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Working with the Principal(s) or Associate(s), shall direct, supervise, and check activities of fellow Team Members engaged in preparing design write-ups, drawings and specification documents for Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase and Construction Documentation Phase of a project.
• Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
