Responsibilities:

Able to perform conceptual design up to design development. Tender documentation is a plus.
Able to present independently to clients and lead team members
Undertaking projects and co-ordinating with other consultants and clients.
Passionate and entrepreneur
Well versed in design and technical knowledge
Confident to work with overseas project and overseas offices
Good Managerial and team player skills

Requirement:

Recognized degree
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in Master planning, Residential & Commercial / Mixed development, Hospitality design and Healthcare project is a plus.
Highly motivated, proactive, independent as well as a good team player.
Travel is a Must (Travel arrangement in accordance to Government protocols.)
Good communication skills
