Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs; Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals;
- Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
- Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients;
- Leads and manages a team of architectural personnel if possesses adequate experience;
- Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
- Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors;
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university in the list of recognized universities by Board of Architects Singapore.
- Possesses at least 5 years of working experience in relevant field
- Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
- Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage.
