At Kyriacou we welcome mature and independant individuals with drive to join our growing team of international experts of the industry to join us in our Singapore office.For this role, key project experience in Luxury Hotels & High-End F&B projects will be considered favourably.The successful candidate will lead the delivery of projects, and manage a team of architecture, design or technical personnel throughout each phase of a building's design and construction.He/She will have the opportunity to manage projects, assess clients needs, manage and deliver design and documentation according to the project brief, identify potential risks, create drawings, documentation and specifications, coordinate and oversee other consultant's inputs, and oversee the construction process.We encourage all staff to participate in building client and stakeholder relationships in conjunction with the Director / Principal / Project Lead. They will also be required to contribute to the overall development of procedural best practice and quality assurance, and help to foster a positive culture in amongst peers.Key AccountabilitiesInvolvement on Projects

• Project Lead and provide updates to Director/Principal/Associates updates of project status;
• Attend client, design and coordination meetings;
• Scope out project, develop the client's brief, and continue to update and manage the brief to keep all parties informed and on the same page;
• Deliver work to client and project requirements;
• Technical Expertise across all facets of architecture & multi-disciplinary discipline;
• Oversee design, documentation and contract management;
• Managing contractors and sub-consultants;
• Problem solving and recovery of project issues.Creating Documentation - Reports, Drawings, Schedules, Specifications, etc.
• Prepare design sketches and diagrams;
• Prepare 3D representation of designs;
• Prepare design reports;
• Prepare architectural layouts and details;
• Prepare schedule of materials, fixtures, fittings, etc.
• Prepare construction and design specifications;
• Liaising and coordinating with consultants all design and construction documentation;
• Prepare risk registers, information registers, etc;
• Prepare and coordinate Authority Submission documentation.Overseeing the Construction Process
• On-site inspection and supervision of the building / construction phase;
• Overseeing construction is as per design and construction documents by contractors;
• Liaising with consultants for site progress and issues that arises on site;
• Resolving problems and issues that arise on site;
• Attend to and prepare site observation reports, factory inspection reports, etc;
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, physical samples, etc;
• Attendance and management of Construction Administration phase responsibilities and tasks.Basic Requirements
• Between 6-8 years Architectural / Interior Architecture experience;
• Experience in complex mix-use and hospitality projects;
• Possess a Degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture, or equivalent qualification;
• Conversant with local Singapore codes and Regulations;
• Has Interior Design and Interior Architecture experience;
• Experience in delivering projects from Concept to completion of Construction;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT and Sketchup;
• Experience in Rhino 3D, Grasshopper, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design will be beneficial;
• Proficient in coordination with MEP and Structural consultants;
• Proficient in coordination with Interior Designers, Specialist Lighting Designers, Artwork Consultants, and alike;
• Strong design and presentation skills;
• Work well as part of a team, be proactive and show initiative.
