We’re looking for a Senior Art Director to join our Singapore office. As someone who loves to craft amazing and innovative digital solutions, you will crack big ideas and craft breathtaking executions that address our clients’ transformation challenges. Guided by our B2Human approach, you will work closely with our team of content strategists, brand planners, digital marketers and creative technologists to create compelling experiences that continually push the boundaries across multiple digital platforms. You must possess a proven talent for developing world-class ideas and be driven by an undying love for all things creative.

Responsibilities
You will:

• Act as the guardian for the client’s brand messaging and identity
• Brainstorm with other creatives, strategists, marketers and technologists to create inspiring ideas
• Mentor junior colleagues with actionable, constructive direction
• Craft compelling and effective campaigns across multiple channels
• Be hands-on with creative development from concept to implementation
• Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables
• Collaborate with AMs and PMs to ensure work is delivered on time and budget
• Meet with, present to and co-create with clients of all levels

Requirements

• 
  
• 6+ years of experience in an integrated creative agency
• Must have an outstanding portfolio of work (only applications with a portfolio will be considered)
• Sophisticated skill set covering UI/UX, illustration, motion graphics, animation, typography and design
• In-depth understanding of digital / social platforms and the possibilities they offer
• Strong written and oral communication
• Passionate about improving yourself and mentoring junior talent
• Team player willing to do whatever it takes to make the work better
