Senior Art Director

Job Description
- Act as the Art Director / lead designer on multiple projects to produce design solutions that meet the requirements of the project.
- Receive creative direction in Japanese/English and translate feedback into design deliverables in order to meet creative goals and business needs.
- In charge of a wide range of graphics and layouts for both online and physical media.
- Liaise with vendors and proofing prints, colour proofs and mock-ups for quality control.
- At least 12 years of relevant working experience, with 10 years in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe creative software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, In-design, Premiere, etc.) • Knowledge in printing materials and print production processes.
- Required Languages:
- Japanese: Business level (Written and spoken) to liaise with Japanese clients.
- English: Business level to communicate with local sta and vendors.
- Understanding of the Japanese work culture and communication styles.
- Creative and communicative multi-tasker with exceptional project and time management skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
