Responsibilities

Guide, lead, and mentor designers and interns in terms of art and creative direction
Collaborate with content strategists and planners to create content and designs
Support the agency in clients’ needs to develop creative briefs and produce solutions
Conceptualize, direct, and produce visuals, videos, and campaigns

Key expectations

You will be leading a team of designers and intern.
You will be part of an integrated team with a planner, content strategist, writer. This team works on marketing clients as well as other integrated clients with the corporate communications team.
You will be taking on a diverse portfolio that includes videos, animations, social, web, as well as print.
You will be required to give creative direction and ideas, and be hands-on from conception, production, to delivery.
You will be involved in new business opportunities and participate in internal presentations as well as client-facing pitches.
You will be working closely as a team and be required to take initiative to support various aspects of the team where possible.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 4 – 6 years as an Art Director in an agency setting
Diploma/Deg in Graphic Design
Proficient technical skills on design software
Portfolio of social campaigns, activation campaigns as well as lead gen campaigns
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing a must
