Job Description

This incumbent will be responsible for managing and developing the property portfolio, conducting thorough analysis and research, and creating and implementing strategies for maximising the value of the assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and monitor the performance of individual assets, and identify areas or opportunities for enhancement and growth
• Perform ongoing financial and performance analysis, operational and capital expenditure assessments
• Develop and implement financial models to support asset management decisions
• Monitor, analyse, track and review operating results on an ongoing basis, including detailed revenue and expense breakdowns against budgets, past performance, rolling forecasts and comparable market benchmarks
• Identify asset enhancement opportunities and drive implementation to derive value from assets
• Partner the property manager of each asset to execute and implement the asset plan to achieve their respective budgets, building strong relationships with customers and coordinating with external parties like government authorities and stakeholders
• Identify and keep up-to-date with market industry trends locally and internationally to maintain relevancy of assets as business conditions change and evolve

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Building and Engineering or related discipline
• 7-10 years of real estate experience in Singapore and Australia
• Experience in commercial, retail and hospitality assets preferred
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and research skills
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills
• Have a keen analytical mind with strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven, resourceful and a good team player who also has the ability to perform well independently under pressure
