What the role is:You will be responsible in supporting the Ministry\'s mission to promote a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement to enhance health outcomes and patient experiences. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will be supporting the Director in driving the development, implementation and monitoring of national evidence-based quality improvement and high reliability initiatives to contribute to the delivery of safe and quality healthcare service. This includes: 1. Developing and implementation of policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines to promote high reliability and quality standards to enhance healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes 2. Evaluating and reporting of patient safety measures and initiatives at the national and institution level 3.
