Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of marine facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance facility reliability and minimize downtime.
Lead technical assessments and troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex facility issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental standards, and industry regulations pertinent to marine facilities.
Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, safety, and engineering departments to optimize facility performance.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines) is preferred.
Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within marine or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to lead and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient communication skills to liaise with technical teams and external partners.
Willingness to work on-site at the Marine facility and respond to operational needs promptly.
