Job Summary:

• Company background: Healthcare Industry
• Working location: Central Singapore
• Working days & Hours: 5 days; (Mon - Fri; Office Hours)
• Salary Range: up to $ 6,500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage learning and development needs for Corporate Office.
• Work closely with institutions\' business partners in planning and develop the professional capabilities of healthcare professionals, address training needs, co-develop training plans and budget requirements and report on training dashboard.
• Ensure learning effectiveness of training programmes and propose recommendations for any improvement
• Manage sponsorships under MOH including Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) and In-service Scholarship (MOH-ISS/SNDP).
• Implementation of policies/guidelines across institutions.
• Prepare, consolidate and generate cluster\'s quarterly training outcome reports to MOH.
• Organizing Learning Award Ceremony and support L&D taskforce and new initiatives.
• Experienced in Learning Development or HR Development
