Support the Head of Unit in the review, development and implementation of human resource plans and programmes in support of NUH’s goal to be the `Employer of Choice’ where talents are attracted to NUH and employees are committed to and proud to belong to the organization. Human Resource plans and programmes cover broadly 6 thrusts:
a) Attract & Induct Talents
b) Recognise & Reward Employees
c) Train & Develop Employees
d) Engage, Communicate & Involve Employees
e) Care for the Well-Being of Employees
f) Provide Excellent & Pro-active Service to Departments / Employees
Work in close collaboration and partnership with management, line departments or business units and employees in achieving the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of NUH and HR.
