Senior Assistant Manager, Human Resource OfficeOverviewThe NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO) is part of the National University Health System (NUHS), a leading academic health system and one of three public healthcare clusters in Singapore. Leveraging its position within an academic health system and drawing on the system\'s research and education capabilities, RHSO strives to build a healthy and engaged population in the west, empowered to live and age well in their homes and within the community.Through a multi-pronged approach, RHSO brings together NUHS institutions, as well as community health and social care partners to develop and implement initiatives to improve health and anchor care in the community. RHSO also facilitates the integration and transition of care between the hospital and community, as well as the development of new capabilities to deliver care in the most appropriate setting.Your role is both strategic and hands-on, providing full cycle of HR support to RHSO. This role will work with business leaders and HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) to execute HR initiatives and drive HR functional excellence - focusing on both learning and development (L&D) and awards management.Responsibilities:

  • Partner business leaders to develop competencies and skills to build a future-ready workforce, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Oversee L&D programmes and collaborate with CoE to manage the budget, application processes, as well as measuring the deliverables and impact of the programs.
  • Manage MOH funded schemes including HMDP and MOH In-Service Scholarship and Sponsorship including application processes, claim submissions and attending to audit queries.
  • Oversee Awards management for both national and cluster levels, engaging business leaders to identify suitable nominations and prepare write-ups, as well as work with Corporate Communications to feature award winners where applicable.
  • Support the Head of HR in the preparation of materials for HOD meetings and submissions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Attributes:
  • Bachelor Degree from an established University in Human Resource or Business Management related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, especially in competency framework development and talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong in operational process and project management.
