STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

To drive operational excellence and ensure continuous improvement to work processes for KTPH@Home.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC

Ensure efficient operation and drive optimum utilization of resources in alignment with hospital's strategic plans Streamline work processes, maintain operational and service standards, working closely with Nurses, Doctors and other support departments Assist in preparation of department statistics and conduct data analysis to provide objective information for management's decision making. Oversee generation of official and ad-hoc reports and ensure that the reports are sent timely. Work with stakeholders to establish programme policy and design workflow to ensure smooth deployment. Liaise with NHG headquarters and regulatory agencies (e.g. MOH, MOHT) for funding reimbursement and regular reporting. Review system requirement and provide support in User Acceptance testing to support new system initiatives. Conduct post implementation review, including reporting of performance indicators. Identify service discrepancy trends/issues and provide recommendations to Manager. Support and facilitate improvement projects through regular reviews with stakeholders. Assist in the review, implementation and enforcement of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Data Protection measures (PDPA). Participate in risk review initiatives (Enterprise Risk Management, Hazard Identification) with stakeholders and execute measures to mitigate risks Facilitate the review and purchase of budget-related matters.

Coordinate department related meeting including proposing agenda for discussion.

Conduct orientation and induction programme for new staff, where relevant. Supervise the training of new staff.
