We are a hub of knowledge and innovation, attracting healthcare professionals who are passionate about pushing boundaries and making significant contributions to the field.About Department and Purpose of the Position * To manage and oversee the coordination and optimization of all supply chain processes in compliance with hospital financial policies, including monitoring procurement contract timeline and improvement of procurement efficiency.

• To be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the laboratory by involvement in managing service contracts, laboratory service guide, and overseeing personnel management.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the following: * Overseeing inventory and procurement processes

• Harmonizing and streamline inventory and procurement processes.
• Overseeing and handling agreements and service contracts.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements and service contracts.
• Coordinate with legal teams and maintain accurate records of all agreements and service contracts.
• Track contract performance against agreed service levels and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a detailed service guide that includes information about lab services, methodologies, and contact details.
• Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment strategies of all supply chain.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by reporting officer.

Key Requirements

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Laboratory Science, Business Administration, Management or a related field. Alternatively, a diploma or an associate degree in a relevant field combined with extensive experience may also be acceptable.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a laboratory setting
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to track performance, manage timelines and ensure deliverables.
• Ability to identify and address issues, implement improvements, and ensure compliance.
• Proactive and good attitude
• Proficient computer skills
