The Opportunity:

We are looking for Senior Assistant Manager / Manager (Operating Theatre Administration) to join our Nursing Administration, to provide administrative and logistics support to Nursing Operating Theatre and the nursing managers in the respective team for the delivery of effective services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with nurse managers in-charge to provide strategic and high level overview operational and administrative management e.g. development of operational and administrative support and management structure

• Manage and develop a team of office professionals to provide operational and administrative support and management

• Partner with nurse managers in-charge to develop and implement operational and administrative initiatives leading to the improvement of clinical and patient standards and safety

• Function as resource person for Operating Theatre (OT) Nursing, OT Ops & Admin and OT with regards to administrative issues

• Provide guidance, coaching and support to OT Admin Team

• Plan, organise, review and implement training of new OT admin staff

• Provides feedback and perform half yearly interim appraisals and yearly performance appraisals of OT admin team

• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree with 7 years of relevant administrative experience

• Experience in supervising a team

• Good working knowledge of:
• Hospital operations and management preferred
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Words, Excel)
