Job Description

As a member of Airside Development, you will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development plans of Changi Airport by facilitating safe and efficient construction activities in the airfield. This role reports to the team lead of the Airside Development (Airside Works) team:You will be involved in regular engagements with various project management teams about their project implementation plans to ensure compliance with aerodrome safety requirements and to minimise disruption to aircraft operations. Responsibilities also include formulating policies to govern airside works, improving the inspection regime and procedures, as well as conducting surveillance checks. You will also be involved in the ongoing digitalisation, automation and transformation of the regime for the Control of Airside Works in Changi Airport.Requirements:Good degree/diploma in any discipline, preferably with a passion for the in aviation industryExperience and knowledge in aviation safety or workplace safety would be advantageousStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of both senior management and operations staffGood interpersonal, stakeholder management, communication skills, determination, curiosity, and positive attitude.Highly driven, independent, resourceful, and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong proficiency in paper-writing/presentation tools and spreadsheet/data analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft suite of tools and any other digital tools to aid in work)Enjoys problem-solving and challenging status quo
