Job Description
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications to support the bank's technology infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and other stakeholders Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and continuous improvementRequirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in application development Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C# Hands-on experience with web application development frameworks and technologies Familiarity with database management systems, such as SQL or NoSQL Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment -en
