Job Description
Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software applications to support the bank's operations and customer-facing services Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and design effective solutions Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure reliable and efficient systems Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve the bank's technology stackRequirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and databases Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C# Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment-en
