Job Description

The QSM team is the custodian of the One Changi community - comprising some 200 airport partners and 50,000 airport staff - working as one towards the collective mission of upholding excellent service standards which underpin Changi\'s status as the best airport in the world.

Within the team, there will be opportunities to undertake varied roles and work on projects dynamically across the areas of internal communications and community engagement, awards and incentives, learning and development, and service process management.

Responsibilities

• Work with operational line units to ensure airport-wide initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to the airport community and stakeholders.
• For the purpose of community engagement, awareness and education, and with guidance and supervision from managers, you will:

• Plan, design and write content, as well as social media management for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as the ONE Changi App (a mobile app for the airport community).
• Work with the team\'s video content producer to storyboard, script and produce video content.
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all communication mediums.
• Work with the team and appointed external agency to support the planning and development process of revamping the mobile app.
• Manage admin related matters and vendor management for the ONE Changi App.
• On a project basis, organise awards, appreciation and engagement events to recognise and celebrate exemplary work and contributions of airport staff, as well as to build a sense of community belonging.

• Good Degree in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in any of these areas would be advantageous: quality service management, communications, staff engagement, or culture building.
• Energetic, positive disposition and creative, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Experience in filming and using basic shoot equipment and good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro would be advantageous.
