Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Project lead and contract administration lead · Leading, mentoring and managing an architectural team · Good contract administration abilities and able to lead the project team throughout the course of the construction phase. · Handles the interaction with client at project level during construction and administers construction contract. · Supervise the preparation of specifications and tendering documentations · Review the conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings to ensure compliance with local codes and regulation · Coordinate and interface with Authorities on project matters JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE) · A recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore · Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant architectural experience · Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and contract administration procedures. · Knowledge in PSSCOC an advantage · Strong knowledge and understanding of project, material and cost management · Conversant with local codes and regulations · Able to build good working relationship with client · Good team leader Apply Now Report Job
