Manage onboarding and offboarding for all Wealth units joiners/leavers including managing controls on granting/removal of systems, accesses and hardware to provide a smooth experience for the staff.
Conduct regular new hires survey for management reporting.
Work closely with Wealth Support Teams and Front Office on account opening documents to ensure availability.
Be the liaison between document owners and print vendor for new artwork and publishing in hard and soft copies.
Provide infrastructure support such as additions & alteration work for Wealth premises, scanning and warehousing records, premises access and maintenance, relocations and equipment/fittings installation.
Manage and liaise with vendors, procurement, inventory management and contract management. Where necessary, supervision of vendors (some weekends may be involved) will be required.
Work closely with all business functions and GBCM in all Business Continuity Planning (BCP) related matters as a BCP Coordinator.
Drive and collaborate with other teams to achieve desired outcome for special projects.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years of relevant banking experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience as a BCP Coordinator and familiarity with systems/basic hardware set-up highly preferred
