Summary:
The Senior Associate – Team Lead Board Support Services at Waystone is an integral part of the Fund Governance team, working closely with the Managing Directors, Directors, Associate Directors and Associates to ensure quality and consistent client service delivery. The incumbent assists with the management of a team of Associates and Senior Associates responsible for Board Support across our global offices, including but not limited to the Ireland, Hong Kong and Singapore Offices.
Functions of this role will include the scheduling of meetings, preparing board packs, facilitating completion of post meeting action points and monitoring review and completion of meeting minutes. They service and maintain relationships for a portfolio of clients with complex structures and/or demanding needs and provide oversight and guidance on the portfolio of client relationships for their team members.
