Senior Associate / Associate Executive, Staffing
You will deliver timely and professional HR support to the staffing team. You will provide administrative assistance in the areas of recruitment, including talent sourcing, coordinating recruitment events, managing new hire onboarding processes and work pass application. Your role also involves maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS system and personnel files as well as managing office supplies inventory and reconciling corporate credit card and MOM expenses.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Human Resource or its equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in general administration
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Senior Associate position
Meticulous and organised with good planning skills
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a good team player with the ability to manage cross functional and institutional relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge on HR modules in Success Factor would be an advantage
