Job Description

Business Function: Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Full stack development as part of development team that runs in Agile methodology and SRE principles.

• Design and create Microservices, Data model and API needed for IT operation automation tools.

• Work with stakeholders and product managers to ideate software solutions.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, debug, and improve web application.

• Creates and maintains application documentation.

• Create security and data protection settings.

• Collaborate with endpoint support teams to create tools to improve end-user experience.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• High proficiency in multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Javascript, Python) and frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js, Express, Flask).

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MSSQL) and UI/UX design.

• Experience in management solutions (e.g Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)

• Experience in client development is a plus.

• Knowledge in Chromium browser extension development, Office 365, and Active Directory is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• An analytical mind with great attention to detail.

• Review and approve change requests. Supervise execution for major change

• Conduct performance analysis and tuning

• Automate system operation

• Track and drive patch management for all OS software. Track, plan and drive software upgrades to ensure continuous supportability.

• Manage backup and recovery

• Conduct asset management

• Design and control access plans and matrix for infrastructure services and support personnel. Perform regular access review and validation.

• Establish adequate monitoring to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery

• Apply new technology and process to improve system supportability, recoverability, availability and performance.

• Provide operational excellence and skills on MW and system software to support various project phases (requirement gathering, design, procurement, implementation and hand-over to operations).

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to help develop less experienced engineers.

• Support audit and compliance activities.

• Conduct capacity planning and performance management.
