• Work closely with Unsecured Loans Team driving – Personal Loan, Cashline, Balance Transfer, Student Loans and DCP Product acquisition, usage and seamless customer journeys
• Understand business requirements, leverage on internal and external data to provide analytical insights and strategic solutions. Adopt Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to build Control Towers for strategic and operational decision making.
• Drive cognitive and automated banking initiatives through Machine learning models development to achieve superior customer experience.
• A self-starter with ability to learn, adapt and drive team to achieve results.
• Design, develop, and provide timely dashboard/MIS reports to help the product managers and management to drive the business. Support platform migration activities (data dictionary build and QC).
• Collaborate widely with product teams, operations team, data management team, data science team, risk management team and regional team
• Review processes to automate and drive initiative to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Proficient in one or more of these languages – SAS, Python, SQL
• With at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably with data management and analytics in the banking industry
• Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer or related disciplines
• Experience to manipulate and handle large dataset
• Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in dealing with all levels of staff and stakeholders
• Minimum degree qualification, advanced degree will be preferred
• Demonstrate Critical Thinking and ability to suggest improvements
