Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • As the SG extension of the MEGA functional team, partner the MEGA tech team to work closely with key stakeholders and users from Operations & Risk SMEs to ensure effectiveness and reliability of the MEGA platform:
  • Provide user support on MEGA workflows, issues and enhancements / testing.
  • Work with key users and Technology teams to ensure data governance, workflow quality.
  • Work with ID admin and application manager (Tech) to ensure access matrix is sound.
  • Initiate improvements backed with data, to derive benefits aligned to the agreed outcomes.
  • Support/Manage changes in the MEGA platform to achieve agreed outcomes:
  • Gather information on user feedback, requests for decision making on work prioritization.
  • Perform analysis of the user case requirements and change impact.
  • Collaborate with ORM data team and tech and ID admin to implement the solutions.
  • Manage the validation of the implementation and revised workflows with key parties.
  • Provide prompt updates / escalation to management / stakeholders.
  • Work with tech to automate data from MEGA to the Control Tower platform.
  • Upskill users on use of MEGA platform and reduce failure demand, enabled by data analysis leveraging the PeopleTech Control Tower and DDOM.
  • Partner Key Stakeholders to drive ORM owned initiatives leveraging MEGA to achieve agreed outcomes e.g. onboarding of new MEGA assets and processes.
  • Provide Project support and Business/Impact analysis for other ORM led or impacted initiatives e.g. streamline data submission process for risk control tower.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years working experience, with exposure to Business/Ops/Risk Management environment.
  • 2-5 years of Business/Data Analyst experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in software tools and Agile methodology is advantageous.
  • Curious and passionate about solving business problems with attention to detail.
  • Experience in user management / data & dashboard support and stakeholder interactions.
  • Able to communicate clearly and interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Independent self-starter with ability to multitask and has a \'can-do\' attitude.
  • Good understanding of data and workflows, and analytical concepts.
  • Resourceful in picking new tools.
