Responsibilities

As a Specialist responsible for Application and Project, you will be the key point of contact between the business stakeholders and the IT team. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of applications that support various business processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of user satisfaction by promptly addressing application-related issues, coordinating with technical teams, and implementing solutions that align with business stakeholders.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the IT development team.
• Receive and prioritize application support requests.
• Collaborate with the IT support team to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Change Management: Assess the impact of application changes and upgrades on business processes and users. Plan and coordinate change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-productivity environment.
• Team player and able to build relationships with other business stakeholders.
• Business acumen and analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Ability to work independently in project execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Products (i.e. Words, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in branch operations, or project management preferred but not compulsory.
• Knowledge of Excel macros/ Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
