Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the scope of the work, identify and keep on schedule to hit milestones, and use required resources to meet the project objectives.
  • Anticipate and communicate project risks.
  • Manage work efforts to contract specifications.
  • Develop quality work products(s) and documentation.
  • Determine and communicate the work product or results that will be delivered to the client manager upon project completion.
  • Develop and carry out communications to our internal company's senior stakeholders, company staff, and internal and external project teams.
  • Provide respectful feedback to client manager.
  • Collaborate on highly visible and cross-functional projects to help prioritize resources and to aid in strategic decision making.
  • Model out the P&L impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations that aid decision-making.
  • Streamline FP&A processes to find value within the business and mitigate risk.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses that drive actionable insights and recommendations for growth and optimization.
  • Design financial models and structure data to facilitate easy analysis and scenario planning in the future using both historical data, business model unit economic assumptions, and industry metrics to create insightful forecasts.
  • Comfortable creating analysis for leadership teams, Board of Directors, investors, and other stakeholders, both with respect to ongoing reporting as well a specific process like fundraising.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to drive improvement in the business by leveraging data and insights.
  • Consolidate metrics from each team to drive top-line forecast and cost allocations.
  • Monitor industry and competitor financial performance, informing long-term targets.
  • Contribute to client success by accomplishing special client projects and related results as needed at the request of the client manager.

Job Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of total work experience in a combination of FP&A, Corporate or Strategic Finance within a Public or high-growth company.
  • Experience with 5-year financial projection modeling.
  • Ability to create data visualizations.
  • Experience with various accounting and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP.
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis for acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Experience with software such as Adaptive, advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL, PowerBi, Planful, Jirv.
  • Experience working with multi-client business.
  • Experience in various industries.
Work Schedule:
  • 11pm to 8am
Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid (work in D&V office is voluntary or only if the client or manager in charge requires)
