Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Implement HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management and organise annual employee performance reviews
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metric
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Address employees\' request and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
  • Liaise with other departments or functions i.e. payroll
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
  • Lead and manage HR digitalization and transformation projects
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Manage and oversee payroll matters for full time and part time staff
  • Manage Employee Communication matters including developing electronic direct mail (EDM)
  • Organise events e.g. promotion ceremony, birthday celebration
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in any field
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience (HR/Admin)
  • Preferably with experience in SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of employment laws, regulations, market practices and general business environment
