The Institutional Team, Global Client Group
The Institutional team is a blend of client service and business development professionals working closely together to build strong relationships at all levels. By building these relationships, Dimensional is better equipped to understand their investment needs and to identify opportunities. In this capacity, the Institutional team utilises a detailed level of Dimensional-specific investment and servicing expertise to connect with institutions (SWFs, Pensions, Insurance, and others) and wholesale platforms (banks and sub-advised parties).
The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate within the Global Client Group, you are responsible for working alongside the Regional Director in carrying out business development and client retention activities. The Senior Associate will play an integral role in developing sales, delivering high quality relationship management capability, superior query resolution expertise and high-level technical investment strategy support. It will be through the application of these deliverables that you will promote an outstanding Dimensional experience for our clients and prospects.
The Senior Associate, Institutional, will report directly into the Regional Director, Institutional, and will be jointly responsible for developing the business with clients and prospects in Southeast Asia. The Southeast Asia Institutional team will be supported by the client service team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
Work with the Regional Director in all aspects of relationship management and sales for both new and existing institutional clients.
Take direct initiative, under supervision and with support, to engage clients and prospects to strategically provide services and grow the business.
Develop and maintain presentations, RFPs and questionnaires for existing and new needs.
Work closely with others across Dimensional, both locally and globally, to manage projects and initiatives for the Global Client Group through to completion. You will interact with other teams, including Client Servicing, Research, and Portfolio Management Teams regularly.
Support management with workflow and sign-off.
Identify and develop processes or methodologies that improve service to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investment strategies.
Sponsor and manage projects.
Develop and mentor less experienced members of the team.
Proactively reach out to clients to understand their evolving servicing needs.
Foster and leverage relationships with other Dimensional offices.
Experience / Qualifications
Strong academic qualifications with at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field and 3 - 7 years of business development / sales experience within asset management, or broader financial services sectors.
Some experience in working with the institutional client segment is preferred.
A good understanding of the institutional investor landscape and sound knowledge of financial markets and investment concepts.
A self-starter who is achievement and goal oriented, and is able to work independently, as well as in a strong team environment.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven analytical and numeracy skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Possess a high level of professionalism and personal integrity
