Responsibilities:

  • Drive the business value forecast and manage the effective use of A&P budget.
  • Identify key drivers and levers to execute activities and drive overall business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other business teams to promote DBS digital payment offerings.
  • Partner with other internal stakeholder teams (e.g Marketing, Customer Experience, Call Centre, Business Analytics) to deliver a winning customer journey.
  • Perform end-to-end campaign setup with post-mortem review at the end of the campaign period and adopt key learnings for future campaigns.
  • Work with Line Manager to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs to develop use cases to drive usage and adoption of digital payment methods, in accordance with targets.
  • Explore and develop Rewards value propositions for relevant digital payment methods.
  • Shift existing customers from using costly traditional payments to cost-effective digital payment methods.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners on joint awareness and engagement campaigns.
  • Possesses good understanding of the digital payment landscape in Singapore.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a complex multiple stakeholders' organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make recommendations or decisions using data.
  • Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant banking/working experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Management.
