This role is located in Singapore - HYBRID.These roles are responsible for full range of People Operations process as well as coordinating and executing both operational and People solution center (PSC) queries. The PSC are the initial point of contact and central intake for in bound HR requests. These requests are executed in compliance with internal controls and in accordance with established standards. Also handle processes which facilitate the gathering, processing, and distribution of data/information in areas such as benefits, compensation, personnel files, Onboarding, Offboarding etc.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leads a Service delivery team who contributes individually, provides supervision and guidance to APAC people Operations team in managing local processes and projects across APAC countries.
  • Projects may include assisting with the implementation of new or updated operational procedures around various Operations activities like Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll, Audit, regulatory submissions, compensation/benefits, talent administration and relocation, visa and immigration administration etc.,
  • Serves as subject matter expertise in all APAC processes, trains and assigns simple to complex people process to other APAC Operations staff.
  • Acts as a point of contact/escalation for People Solution Center queries and People Operations process, offering guidance and assistance on issues that may be more complicated or unusual and that need more thought or data before involving other People Team Centre of Excellence. Decides on the appropriate action (either by themselves or by referring to the next level) and follows up to ensure resolution.
  • Suggests ways to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, etc. Helps in implementing Standard Operation Procedures, educating People Solutions Centre team and other People Team stakeholders as needed.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and unite them around a shared goal and purpose.
  • May help craft guidance to operationalize legislative changes into People Solutions procedures/protocols.
  • Manages the team\'s execution of assigned activities and solutions, ensuring quality and timeliness. Ensures team has appropriate resources to conduct their work and that they understand each solution, when to escalate and whom to contact.
  • Manage risk by directing the team to execute functions in compliance with internal controls, employment laws covering multiple jurisdictions and other related regulations; manage any internal or external audits assigned to the business unit. Often oversees 1-2 different activities or solutions.
  • Initiates the implementation of process improvements as directed by more senior managers. May suggest process improvements or report on areas for improvement and development opportunities.
To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 6+ years of total work experience preferred with at least 1 years of management preferred
