: * Plan and deliver best-in-class HR programmes and initiatives in (but not limited to) the following domains to ensure continuous improvements in the team's objectives, productivit : Plan and deliver best-in-class HR programmes and initiatives in (but not limited to) the following domains to ensure continuous improvements in the team's objectives, productivity and development: - Employee Engagement and Recognition - Recruitment and Employer Branding - Learning and Development - Talent Management - Compensation and Rewards - Strategic Development - Business Partnership Project-manage the implementation and review of new HR initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness Track and monitor project progress and escalate problems to the relevant stakeholders whenever necessary Partner with line managers to provide advice and solutions for day-to-day people matters and long-term organisation plans Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of work Requirements: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a dynamic environment Bachelor's Degree background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus Work experience in working for large technology companies and driving various people initiatives is a plus Highly motivated with strong project management skills Detail-oriented and have interest in HR related matters Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups Good communications skills and well-versed in English (written and spoken) Able to work in a dynamic environment and deliver work within deadlines
