Senior Associate, Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job Description
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Technical Functions:
- Lead agile squad(s) to perform the daily ritual
- Highlight any roadblocks to project manager or clear it as and when possible
- Work closely with business users and technical team fromuser storiestill the actual implementation
- Ensure proper tracking of all documentation such as User Stories and design work framework.
- End-to-end responsibility for each sprint with sprint planning and retrospective review, and agreed amongst the squad members on the Definition of Done (requirements, concepts, preparation and execution of tests, analysis of test results);
Must have
- Minimum 1years of experience in banking domain
- Experience in Requirement gathering, Development, Support, Bug fixing & Testing
- Experience of Bug tracking, fixing, retesting/regression testing
