You need to adapt to the fast evolution of the systems and processes and contribute to the growth from day one.Job Scope/Responsibilities
1. Project coordinating and managing the enhancement works for iShopChangi and other CAG applications.2. Analysing user and technical requirements to facilitate and brainstorm effectively with designers and developers.
3. Managing the development and deployment of the project deliverables with developer teams.
4. Working closely with stakeholders, business units and Product Owner to gather business requirements and prioritise the Change Requests.
5. Performing user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and demonstrating on the required systems to assist project stakeholders.
6. Coordinating meetings, conferences, trainings, minutes taking and other project-related events.
7. Working closely with PMO lead to review processes to increase productivities and efficiencies.
8. Involving in procurement processes and documentation may be required.
9. Ability to support for night works when there is any deployment that may requires system downtime.Job Requirement
1. Degree in Business IT, Engineering or related discipline.2. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Basic Project and vendor management skills.
4. Good understanding of software development.5. Adequate Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
6. Functional knowledge on eCommerce is a bonus.
7. SAP Commerce and Adobe AEM project experience is a bonus.8. Ability to work with tight deadlines.,communicate well and work with stakeholders, business units, vendor and internal technical team, and work independently.9. Have the interest in brainstorming (problem solving skill).
