Job Description

The successful incumbent will join the Account Management & Services (Middle Office) function for a Digital Investment Services (ProsperUs). He/She will play an integral role in ensuring business operations function on a day-to-day basis.Job ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for:

• Delivery of front office management support capabilities and focus on continuous improvements enhanced and differentiated client experience through improved turnaround times, effective communication, and quality assurance
• Achieve regulatory compliance through a strong understanding of current rules and anticipation of upcoming regulations or any change in framework
• Stakeholder management ensuring strong communication, transparency, and prioritization
• Intermediary between the business unit and other functional stakeholders within the organization
• Provide subject matter expertise, representation of Operations to the business and clients

Job RequirementsTo thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Capital Markets/ Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge on investment products is preferred.
• Critical-thinking skills and the ability to grasp new knowledge in a steep learning curve environment
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility with quick grasp of operational issues
• A self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and as a team

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per monthBenefits:

Experience:

• Capital Markets/ Financial Services industry: 3 years (Preferred)
