Summary: Assist and collaborate in the design, execution and delivery of Brand Guidance projects. The incumbent will be responsible for specific project related tasks with the mentorship of seniors. The role will be responsible for driving client growth and driving Kantar Marketplace revenue while in close collaboration with the Client Service teams and the Marketplace team.
:

  • Communication with client with guidance from senior Contribute to, and facilitate client discussions to better understand their business issues. Develops good relationships with clients.
  • Handles client project queries regarding research inputs and outputs
  • Understand and communicate client / project needs to internal team
  • Ensures opportunities are captured and kept up to date in our financial and project management systems
  • Responsible for specific project related functions including writing proposals, designing questionnaires/discussion guides, and sample design and tab specs.
  • Able to analyse data patterns in detail to understand significance and identify appropriate action (Quality Assurance)
  • Work with team to generate insights and recommendations to meet client needs

Skills & Experience Required:
  • 3 years of experience in similar or relevance industr
  • Ability to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced, and changing environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management/the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills in Quantitative Research
  • Extensive experience with building compelling stories from multiple data sources and using visual story telling techniques
  • Ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships; influence and inspire others; strategic thinking; effective presentation skills and organisational agility.
