Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.About Customer Segment Strategy teamOur team is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business outcomes, which includes identifying market opportunities and customer value propositions by customer segments, as well as developing a customer-centric engagement model. The team will work with various product teams to grow the income and profitability of the DBS/POSB Retail & Treasures customer segment by leveraging Customer Insights and Data-Driven Marketing.Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer & Microsegment Strategy
  • Analyze customer data (demographics, behaviors, needs) to uncover insights, identify business opportunities that shape strategy and drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to customer immersion studies to identify key needs and jobs-to-be-done (JTBD), helping shape targeted solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer engagement strategies that align with different life stages and market segments
  • Maximize Cross-Sell Opportunities
  • Formulate strategies and roadmaps to expand customer base, cross-sell products and deepen customer relationships
  • Identify and design new customer journeys across multiple channels to unlock cross-sell potential and maximize digital real estate
  • Develop product bundles tailored to specific customer lifestages and segment preferences to increase product uptake
  • Lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to improve business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis or management consulting
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, strategic actions.
  • Hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on creating impactful customer journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Innovative problem-solver, comfortable navigating complexity and making confident decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, responding quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Effective communicator, skilled at presenting compelling strategies and results to internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Independent self-starter with a focus on delivering tangible results.
