• Provide support to the FPA, Treasures and HAS Franchises.
• Manage and review incentive, tactical and rewards programmes and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage post-incentive reviews at country and regional committee.
• Manage expenses within budget for incentive and rewards management.
• Manage result announcement, gala event and recognition trip.
• Manage incentive programme e-Learning and calculators.
• Address audit enquiry and ensure satisfactory results and no high-risk findings.
• Manage and improve computation method of rewards programmes.
• Drive feedback from stakeholders for further improvement.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in performance management and scorecard development.
• Knowledge in Consumer Banking and Wealth Products would be an advantage.
• Comfortable with presenting and able to build presentation decks.
• Good stakeholder management skills and comfortable communicating with senior management.
• Business acumen and data analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks within an agreed timeline.
• Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
• Detailed oriented and comfortable working with data.
• Good team player and willing to learn and guide others.
• Project management skills with a sense of urgency.
