THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Medical Device industry with a strong presence in APAC and Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Engineer/Team Lead, Equipment & Facilities Maintenance to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager.
THE ROLE
The Senior Engineer/Team Lead, Equipment & Facilities Maintenance, is responsible for:
- Oversee a team of Technicians in the maintenance of plant equipment & facilities
- Manage PM / CM and lead process safety, efficiency, and improvement initiatives
- Support in lean projects and monitor process orders to ensure quality and safety
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in Maintenance
- Able to work 6 hours day shift (Monday to Friday) and alternate Saturdays
