Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Responsibilities:Vendor Management:

• Manage end-to-end vendor management strategy covering Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and India,
• Engage vendors for contract arrangement, assessment, negotiation, perform due diligence and contract renewal,
• Provide vendor management/outsourcing governance and compliance guidance to both internal and external stakeholders,
• Handle day-to-day PO / Invoices to ensure proper accounting of vendor expenses,
• Identify process improvement creation of standard, tools, dashboards, automation and participate in system UATs,
• Drive strategic cost management activities.

• Project Management: May involve in project level meetings and track project progress.
• Financial Management: Conduct basic financial variance analysis, identify trends, and track financial performance.

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred,
• Minimum 2 years of vendor or procurement related experience,
• Attention to detail and accuracy is required,
• A team player with good communication, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
