Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to help enhance the operational efficiency of Changi Airport F&B businesses. You will play an important role in managing tenant relationship and operations management, service performance analysis as well as execution of operational improvement initiatives spanning across the transit areas of our terminals to make Changi Airport a dining haven. The successful candidate will also play a key role in ideation and implementation of experiential and technology innovations in Changi Airport F&B businesses.

• Manage day-to-day operations, including analysing and presenting of performances of F&B tenants (including but not limited to sales and operations), feedback management, pricing comparison, and other tenancy-related matters.
• Manage tenants\' renovations including coordination of procedures and fit-out of the premises leased to tenants, arranging for handing/taking over of premises, coordinating all tenancy fit-out and reinstatement activities with tenants and tenants\' consultants/contractors.
• Understand and look out for technology and trends in F&B industry and work with F&B tenants to implement new technology to enhance the customer dining experience and operations.
• Manage and engage stakeholders on implementing ideas and obtaining approvals for concepts.
• Establish good tenant relationships and cultivate strong network with partners.

• Good Degree in Business/Finance/Tourism Studies/Retail Management/Estate Management or related disciplines.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in related industries such as F&B operations management and mall management are preferred.
• A good team player with strong initiative and positive working attitude, creative and resourceful with a strong eye for details and able to work in a team and multi-task in a challenging environment.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to foster excellent relationships with team members, tenants, and service providers.
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Passion to reinvent processes and introduce technology elements into the F&B businesses.
