Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities:

• Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk
• Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholders
• Engage business and operations stakeholders on proposed analytic requirements and solution, leverage on internal and external data to provide data-driven insights in realizing joyful employee and customer journeys
• Provide User Requirements & perform User Acceptance Test/Live Verification on initiatives/production fixes
• Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
• Handle operational issues and provide escalation to management team
• Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner
• Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and to provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• Degree in Business and Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial institutions
• Experience in financial institutions with knowledge of the bank\'s core operating systems and control standards
• Comprehensive regulatory and banking operations knowledge with proven track records in impact analysis
• Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently as well as a team player
• Strong analytical skills with relevant analytic experience managing large amount of data
• Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills
• Organised and meticulous with an eye for details
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Power Point and Excel
• Work location is Changi Business Park
