In Group Tech, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Perform production support which include Application onboarding and application matrix updates to in-house IAM tools within SLA. Perform production support for HR Lifecycle and Roled Based management to in-house IAM tools within SLA. Drive initiatives to automate IAM work Support the preparations of data in preparations for production support and Audits Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure. Document and maintain operating procedures Develop scripts to automate work Requirements Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment Ability to work on weekend and weeknights to deploy changes to production environmentScripting skills to develop scripts for automation Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience is a MUST Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and process Bachelor?s degree in computer science or equivalent* Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
