About the Roles

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Audit Manager / Audit Director

to join an established audit firm based in the CBD. This is a

permanent position

offering a five-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm) with an attractive

salary package that includes basic pay, AWS, and performance bonuses

What You'll Be Doing

Sign off auditors' reports for statutory audits and assurance engagements in compliance with SSAs and the Companies Act. Direct the full audit process from planning, risk assessment, and fieldwork through to review and final reporting. Lead and mentor a cross-border team of managers and associates, ensuring their professional growth and development. Supervise external audits, corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk projects. Manage practice operations such as resourcing, scheduling, and client billing. Review and finalise audit reports, presenting clear and accurate findings to stakeholders. Monitor and control engagement economics including budgets, WIP, billing, collections, and variances to achieve financial targets. Guide and support audit and tax compliance professionals within the team. Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and building client relationships.

What We're Looking For

A recognised bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline. CA (Singapore) and registration as an ACRA Public Accountant. At least five years of proven audit management or leadership experience; candidates with relevant commercial sector backgrounds are also considered. In-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, as well as related tax regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to manage clients and colleagues effectively.
