About the Roles

We are seeking a

Senior Audit Manager / Audit Director

to join a leading audit firm located in the CBD. This is a

permanent role

offering a structured

5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8:45am - 6:00pm)

. The position provides an excellent opportunity to take on a senior leadership role, overseeing high-profile statutory audits and assurance engagements while driving team growth and client success.

What You'll Be Doing

Sign off on statutory audit and assurance reports in compliance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSAs) and the Companies Act. Lead, coach, and grow a cross-border team of managers, associates, and tax professionals. Direct the full audit cycle from planning and risk evaluation to execution, review, and final reporting. Manage external audits, corporate governance reviews, compliance checks, and enterprise risk projects. Oversee engagement economics, including budgeting, WIP management, billing, and collections, ensuring targets are achieved. Handle practice operations such as resource planning, scheduling, and client billing. Review and finalise audit deliverables, ensuring clear and professional communication of findings. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and supporting client development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent discipline. Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with ACRA registration as a Public Accountant. At least 5 years of audit management or leadership experience; candidates from commercial backgrounds with relevant expertise are welcome. Strong command of accounting and auditing standards, along with related tax regulations. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams while maintaining high professional standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage clients and stakeholders.
