Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bread and pastry production
Mix, shape, proof, and bake a range of products to standard
Supervise and train junior bakers and assistants
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Manage inventory, ingredients, and production schedules
Contribute to recipe development and quality improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of professional baking experience
Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production techniques
Leadership skills and ability to train and motivate a team
Reliable, organized, and able to work early mornings
Passionate about high-quality baked goods
