Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable

Beautician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing a range of beauty treatments, maintain a high standard of hygiene and customer care, and ensure each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional beauty services including (but not limited to):

Facials, skin treatments, and exfoliation


Eyebrow shaping, threading, and tinting


Eyelash extensions and lifts


Waxing, hair removal, and body treatments


Basic hair styling and blow-dry (if applicable)


Makeup application for special occasions


Manicure and pedicure services
Assess clients' skin and beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments or products. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and tools following salon/spa protocols. Stay updated with current beauty trends, techniques, and products. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing client concerns or feedback professionally. Assist in managing product inventory and informing the manager of stock requirements. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards as required by local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field. Proven work experience as a Beautician, Aesthetician, or similar role. Skilled in performing a wide range of beauty treatments with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels, etc.). Sales skills for promoting beauty products or packages. Familiarity with appointment booking software.
